During your first appointment, Our provider will greet you and invite you to come into the office to fill out some initial paperwork. Then we will discuss what brought you to therapy, and we will collaborate with you to determine your therapy and/or assessment goals and how we will address them.

The length of therapy depends completely on your presenting concerns and goals. Some people attend therapy for just a few months to address urgent concerns. Others remain in therapy for a lifetime as a form of emotional wellness. I will help you figure out what length is right for you.

Most people attend therapy once a week. For more urgent concerns, twice a week may be appropriate.
